I was thrilled when 201 Magazine asked The Hudson Cakery to create a cake for their
2010 Summer/Fall Bridal Issue.
The theme was a great one -- fairytale weddings!
Check out the cake I created fit for a princess...
Cinderella to be exact...
It's a very "grand" looking cake...a bit more frilly than I'm used to doing....
but I'm happy with the result!

ReplyDeleteThx!! The magazine might (might!) be available at some supermarkets in NJ...but 201 Magazine has a strict policy about your privacy. They will not share your information or mail you any further information. Just the mag you requested : )
